Gift

The "gift" portion is the heart of the Gift & Loyalty Program. Its easy functionality and built-in advertisement are invaluable additions to any business and are a perfect upgrade from traditional paper gift certificates. Using the program is as easy as 1-2-3; when a customer comes in and wishes to buy a gift card, you simply swipe it through your credit card terminal, add any dollar amount you wish to the card and send them on their way! Loyalty

The loyalty program is available with any gift card setup, but not by default. There's no extra charge to you but you do have to let us know that you want it, so if loyalty tracking is something you're interested in, be sure to let your sales agent know right away so that we can program your terminal accordingly.

Loyalty tracking is a great service and really helps to keep the customers coming back. You can think of it as a more advanced version of the Coffee Cards you've used in the past; rather than having a paper card punched for points, your customer's points will be stored electronically on the gift card for easy, convenient retrieval. It's completely up to you how those points are spent.

Online Tracking and Reporting

With our system, all of your gift & loyalty information is never more than a button-push or mouse-click away. We have several built-in solutions for keeping track of your daily transactions, including a dedicated Web site designed specifically for checking the balance on any gift card at any time (all you need is the card number, found on the back) and a detailed online reporting system for all transactions which you can access at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (sample). Best of all, unlike most of our competitors, you can track and reconcile your gift card transactions on the same terminal through which you run your credit cards.

Accessories

We currently offer two methods for you to store and display your business' gift cards. The first is an attractive 8.5"x11" clear plastic display stand with a card cup in the bottom right-hand corner. Our design team will create a custom insert for each display encouraging your customers to ask for more information. Perfect for counter-top placement right next to your cash register!

The second option that we currently have available is a plain white envelope make of sturdy, gift-weight paper. These envelopes are the perfect size to accommodate one gift and loyalty card. Your sales agent will be glad to discuss pricing with you for these additional features. Check back often, as our list of accessories will be greatly expanding very soon!
